General information

In 1978, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the Stavropol Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Economics and Organization of Motor Transport.

From 1979 to 1982 she studied at the full-time postgraduate course of the Leningrad Engineering and Economic Institute named after P. Tolyatti, graduated with a PhD thesis.

She defended her doctoral dissertation on municipal management of urban passenger transport at the St. Petersburg State Academy of Engineering and Economics.
