"Humanities and law studies” scientific and theoretical journal welcomes submissions of research articles from scientists, graduate students, doctoral candidates, applicants for a degree and young specialists.
The founder of the journalis Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "North-Caucasus Federal University" (NCFU) which has its own publishing and printing complex.
The chief editor of the journal is Kryuchkov Igor Vladimirovich, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor.
The "Law Research” journal was registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Certificate on Registration ПИ № ФС77-51091 of September 4, 2012). In 2014 it was renamed and is now published under the title "Humanities and law studies” (Certificate on Registration ПИ № ФС77 – 59452 of September 22, 2014).
The journal is included in the database of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Publication frequency: 4 issues per year (every three months).

Materials are constantly accepted in editorial of the journal in accordance with requirements to execution and handing-over of manuscripts and published after obligatory internal reviewing and decision of editorial board in order of submission taking into account issue’s rubrication.
